What to do?

Understand the root cause of all Sikh Political Failures and why Sikhs are demoralized. Unless we understand, acknowledge, and do something about the root cause, we will keep making the same mistakes. There is no point going to a Doctor with your problems if you are not willing to understand the root cause and lifestyle changes required. There is no magic pill for health or success.
Root cause of all Sikh Political Failures and why Sikhs are demoralized is that Sikhs have trusted 'emotional and stupid' people with 'ignorance of history and world Politics'. Sikh Leaders are either entertainers (ਮਿੱਠੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ) or 'Witch Doctors' (ਠੱਗ ਬਾਬੇ, Ayn Rand). We fail. Then we are demoralized by 'poor leadership'. Whose fault is it?
Do not try and solve morally complex problems yourself. It is not the simple world of 'misl kaal'. Majority of people cannot navigate this complex world themselves. Support and follow those who have the intellect and character to understand and take advantage of it.
What to do? Let the best and brightest in the Sikh panth guide you. Support them and let them guide you everyday on what to do. As Steve Jobs said, "It doesn't make sense to hire smart people and tell them what to do; we hire smart people so they can tell us what to do". Tens of thousands of successful companies and institutions do it. Can Sikhs pay someone $100,000 so he can tell them what to do?
There is no magic pill that a Doctor can give you for health. There is no magic spell over Whatsapp or Youtube that can change your life.
Health, Wisdom, and Prosperity is an everyday process. You only achieve it if you let yourself be guided by the best and brightest everyday.
Just as choosing the right Doctor or College is your responsibility, choosing who to support and follow is your responsibility.
